Shipping policy

Valor partners with significant local couriers – enabling us to ship directly to your location with very cool delivery prices.

If your order and all payments are subject to verification and approval prior to shipping, you will be charged and can take several days to process. Orders with inaccurate billing data or requiring further verification may be postponed and/or cancelled to assist combat credit card fraud.

Delivery Process:

Once our delivery department has started processing your order, we are unable to create any adjustments (including modifications in the email). We will only deliver to the check-out address given.

We deliver products during working days and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You will obtain a Delivery Confirmation email once your order has been delivered.

Deliveries:

The delivery time differs according to region or city. There are no specific delivery dates, nor are they guaranteed. For your reference, these are our estimates:

  • Accra: 1-2 days
  • Other cities: 1-3 days

While we will do our utmost to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Valor can not be held liable for circumstances beyond our control such as serious weather, labor conflicts, demonstrations, wrong addresses, etc. and these can lead to delays beyond our original estimates of delivery.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

Valor is not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or damaged due to a customer’s carelessness. If information from couriers indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to support@thevalor.shop and/or file a claim.

Note: When reviewing damage or return requests, we use the timestamp information from the couriers and delivery confirmation and we may not be able to fulfil your claim if it is not reported.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

Before submitting an order, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We immediately start working on your order, so after placing it, we are unable to make any changes to an order. If our delivery department has already processed the order, we can not retrieve it for a change of address.
